I had my livingroom bow window replaced recently by Becker. From the sales person, to the person who came to take the final measurements, to the lady confirming the installation date and to the installation crew; I have never seen such amazing customer service and friendliness. The installation crew also had the courtesy to phone me on the installation day to inform me that they would come at a certain time. My hats off to the company. What a wonderful job. I wish all trades had such a level of service.
