It is understandable for a company to have one or two complains, however if a company has 3 or more complains on record it means that there are many more unhappy customers who simply did not file theirs. Unfortunately, consumers do not always have time and patience to register a complaint and accept the responsibility for choosing a wrong company to deal with. There are three major points for a reputable company to have, and companies always claim that they have "best product", "best service" and "best warranty", but often, when you print out the report you find out that they have complains related to all; product, servise and warranty. For you it should be red light indicator that the company does not stand behind their product, and all of their promices are simply full of hot air sales pitch. |
